We're thrilled to let you in on some exciting new features we've added to the website

We have reinstated the 'Pre-Order Now' button and the 'Select / Pick a date for order collections' or 'orders dispatched over the courier' option. 

Here is a step-by-step look at how it all works:

Our Product page now has a 'Pre-Order Now' button, rather than an 'Add to Cart' button. That is because with Christmas orders approaching, our products must get pre-ordered as soon as possible. 

This is to ensure your gift orders are placed in good time for us to produce and deliver them in time for the Christmas rush. 

After you select the Pre-Order Now button, your item will be placed in your cart. Only when you are ready to proceed to check-out will you be asked to select a date for its collection at our Chocolate Studio, or for it to be dispatched using one of our courier options. First, you need to tick the Agree to our terms of service. 

Now, choose Collection at Store or Shipping Fulfilment.

This step is mandatory for all our products. However, some products will have cut-off dates.

For example, to get your Advent Calendars to you by the 1st of December, we need to allow time for the post to be delivered. We set a cut-off date of the 25th of Nov, meaning all orders for Advent Calendars need to be placed by the close of business on the 24th of Nov, 2025. 

If your order has multiple products and you select a date that occurs after the cut-off date, we will dispatch it on the cut-off date regardless of your choice. 

If you are local to us and have chosen to collect your gifts at our Bossa Nova Studio, please remember we have moved to new premises. Our Address is available on our website, and you will receive that information with your pre-order and ready for collection emails.

To do that, you need to write a note at the Check-out stage.
